Ben Falloon - Director
I joined the Payroll and Accounting recruitment industry in 2007 and since then I have displayed tenacity and commitment to both my clients and candidates with an impressive placement ratio. I differentiate myself by committing to the delivery of quality service within tight deadlines and only presenting candidates if they truely fit the brief. Long service in the recruitment industry is scarce at the best of times and I'm one of the few that's survived and succeeded through the rollercoaster ride that we know as the "recruitment market". I have a considerable track record working for clients within the blue chip commercial arena and SME’s recruiting senior payroll, accountancy and support function roles on a temporary and permanent basis.
On the rare occasion that I'm not recruiting, (taking holidays isn't one of my strong points) I enjoy Snowboarding, Mountain biking and watching/ coaching my son's Rugby Union team.
